It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don’t want the order (anymore). Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to our warehouse are for your own account. These costs are about 7,25 euros per package. The exact rates are on the website of your preferred carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Alumax Boats B.V. with all delivered accesories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days – after notification of your return – if the product is received in good order.
If the product and / or packaging are more damaged than necessary to use the product, then we may pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Handle the product with care and make sure your return is well packed.
Want to exchange a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all! Please contact email@example.com. However, you do have to pay for the return of the product yourself.
Wrong delivery address?
Did you accidentally make a mistake in the address data? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change your order.
Delivery time and shipping costs
we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00h will be shipped the same day. On Thursdays here is no shipping. In addition, it is not always possible to meet this goals, sometimes product are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is often an indication of the delivery time. If for some reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will let you know as soon as possible.

15 euros shipping costs per package (with track and trace code) to Belgium, Austria, Germany and Luxembourg.

Deliveries are made via the parcel delivery service op PostNL and/or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 09:00h and 18:00h. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of the delivery.

Warranty and complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order can be broken during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge.
It can always happen that something didn’t quite go as planned. We recommend you to first make your complaint known to us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to report your dispute to Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of february 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
